Recent market trend is going with ready to move property but It's completely up to you both of this property have there own advantage and disadvantage

  • You can find it cheaper than currant market price

  • Flexibility of payment.

  • EMI interest can save

  • plenty of options

Disadvantages

  • The most lack of surety lack of trust.

  • Much difference between promised and delivered.

  • have to pay G S T

  • lack of clarity what will be exact view from the flat

  • continuous construction for long time due to development in stages

  • after possession low rental yield for some time

Ready to move

Advantage

  • clarity of thinks what exactly i m going buy

  • no difference promised and deliver

  • no need to pay G S T

  • no effect of supply and demand there for constant rental yield

Disadvantage

  • not so many options available

  • one time payment
